Joe Raisanen is an HVAC service technician and pipe fitter by trade from the Detroit Michigan area. He graduated from Henry Ford community college in Dearborn Michigan with an Associate of Applied Science Technology, specializing in HVAC service. Joe has been in Washington for the last 10 years in his current role where he works out of the Everett Union Hall.
