Kiersten joined the Machinists Institute in 2025 after spending seven years in the corporate learning and development space. She is passionate about supporting meaningful training opportunities and the impact that continuous learning can have on an individual and their future! 

Outside of work, Kiersten loves to read, travel, and spend time with her two dogs, Lady and Echo!
