Schedule of Work Experience: Industrial Machinery Technician
Total hours: 8,000
Carrying out duties pertaining to power generators, diesel engines, pump systems and marine equipment to include: general shop operations, safety, tool and equipment maintenance, material handling and inventory control. 600 hours.
Engine/motor/pump repair monitors, troubleshoots, installs, and repairs systems. 2000 hours.
Read and interpret work orders/job plans regulations, work documentation, and shop math. 400 hours.
Maintenance for power generators, diesel engines, pump systems and marine equipment. Performs planned and unscheduled machine motor/Pump maintenance procedures. 2000 hours.
Safety documentation & customer support, catalog research, organizing of tools and materials, daily reporting & customer relations. 300 hours.
Operation and care of tools and equipment. 400 hours.
Rigging and forklift operation, use of gantry overhead crane system in plant facility, forklift in plant facility, chain fall and pulley systems. 300 hours.
Monitor, troubleshoot, install, set up and repair machinery and systems, areas of specialty include power gen, marine and pump station. 2000 hours.
