Strother Moore has dedicated his career to service, first to his country and now to his Union. A Gulf War and Iraq War veteran, he served in the U.S. Navy as a Fire Controlman First Class before joining Boeing in 2007. Today, he works as an Electronic Technician in Precision Machine Tool Maintenance at Boeing's Auburn facility.
From holding the line during the 2008 strike to serving as a picket captain during the 2024 strike, Strother has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to his fellow members. Since becoming a Union Steward in 2021, he has continued to advocate for and represent them every day.
He has served as Local Lodge C Conductor Sentinel, Vice President, and now President, while also representing members as a District Council member. His leadership is rooted in service, built on the belief that a stronger Union starts with members who are willing to step forward for one another.
