Community & Student engagement coordinator
Juliet Quebatay is a strategic program manager with over seven years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives that bridge education and technology. Her career spans program design, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership across higher education, nonprofits, and the energy sector.
Before joining the Machinists Institute, Juliet managed outreach at the University of Washington, Puget Sound Energy, and Girl Scouts of Western Washington. She has a proven track record of driving collaboration, implementing project management practices, and delivering data-informed programs that expand access to education opportunities. Juliet is deeply committed to community engagement and development. Throughout her career, she has worked to foster partnerships with local organizations, educational institutions, and community groups.
Juliet holds a Master of Science in Academic Advising with a focus on DEI Development and Engagement from Kansas State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. She is passionate about creating equitable, innovative learning experiences that empower individuals to succeed.
