Senior Director of Partnerships

Ethan leads the development and stewardship of strategic relationships that strengthen the Machinists Institute's mission of delivering world-class technical training and expanding pathways into advanced manufacturing and related trades throughout Washington.

Drawing on a diverse background spanning utility, transportation electrification, and education, Ethan brings a unique blend of program management and stakeholder engagement expertise to MI. Ethan is passionate about expanding access to high-skill, high-wage careers, supporting apprenticeships, and building partnerships that uplift local communities.

 When not working, Ethan enjoys adventuring with his daughters, exploring PNW trails, cooking, and gardening.
