Martha Hale brings over 13 years of hands-on industry experience and a decade of instructional leadership to the role. A certified Journeyman level welder and educator, Martha began her career as a structural welder in the construction and fabrication sectors before transitioning into education, where she found her passion for training the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

Martha is known for modernizing curriculum to include emerging technologies such as robotic welding and advanced metallurgy, while maintaining a strong foundation in traditional welding methods and fabrication.

Dedicated to student success and workforce readiness, Martha works closely with local employers to align training with real-world demands. Her commitment to safety, quality, and excellence has helped many students launch successful welding careers.
