Lloyd Catlin is President  of Local F for IAM751.  He worked for Boeing as a mechanic, Quality inspector and an IAM VO Representative for 11 years.   Playing an active role in the union beginning as a VO Representative, Lloyd took on more leadership opportunities to become president of Local F.  This opportunity is important to me because it allows me to be a voice for our member with both the company and our Union.  Being on the board of the Machinists Institute allows me to extend that leadership to workforce development.  My vision for the MI is to give people access to the training and skills necessary to obtain living wage employment and the ability to continually grow their knowledge and skills that allows them to continually advance in their profession.  When not working I enjoy the open road on the Harley or traveling with the camper and enjoying the opportunities that living wage employment provides.
