Prepare the next generation of skilled workers with apprenticeship

Machinists Institute registered apprenticeship programs help employers meet the demand for skilled workers in these occupations:

Don’t see an occupation you need? Let us know!

Registered apprenticeship is the most effective way to train the workers you need for tomorrow.

Relying on your incumbent workers to train new hires without structure or standards can lead to inefficient and ineffective results. How will new employees gain the skills your business needs to remain profitable and successful?

With the shortage of skilled labor, it’s more difficult than ever for employers to find new hires who are ready to work.

An apprenticeship program with the Machinists Institute can help.

Out-skill the competition.

Instead of hoping for the best when you hire and train a new employee, set up a registered apprenticeship program to prepare new hires with industry-standard knowledge that’s specialized to your business’ processes.

In fact, 97% of businesses with apprenticeship programs would recommend apprenticeship to other employers and 87% agree that “Participation in registered apprenticeship gives my company a competitive advantage.

In addition to the apprenticeship standards that are approved by L&I, we will customize the training and coursework so that when apprentices graduate to journey-level workers, they have exactly the skills and knowledge that your business needs.

3. We set up your apprenticeship program with WA L&I and we manage the apprenticeship program for you.

In addition, we will:
